Television sports gaming has significantly influenced social norms and practices, creating new cultural dynamics among its audience. Platforms like Twitch, a leading streaming service for gamers, have developed their own unique cultures, fostering distinct community behaviors and engagement patterns. This paper explores the impact of television sports gaming on shaping modern social interactions, focusing on how platforms such as Twitch contribute to the evolution of gaming culture. By examining user engagement, platform-specific practices, and the broader social implications, the study highlights the transformative role of sports gaming in contemporary entertainment and digital communities. The findings suggest that television sports gaming not only reshapes traditional views of sports fandom but also introduces novel ways for individuals to interact, compete, and form identities within virtual spaces.
