Submission Guidelines

Please prepare your manuscript according to our formatting requirements. Ensure all authorship information is complete, accurate, and ethical before submission.

Manuscript Requirements

• Written in clear, concise English (British or American, used consistently)
• Structured abstract of 150–300 words with Keywords (5–8 terms)
• Follow the citation and reference style specified in each journal's author guide
• Figures and tables numbered sequentially with descriptive captions
• Word count within the limits stated for the article type
• All authors listed with ORCID iDs where available
• Conflict of interest and funding disclosure included

Manuscript Preparation

File Formats Accepted

• Main manuscript: .docx or .doc (preferred) / LaTeX (.tex with PDF)
• Figures: TIFF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG (≥ 300 dpi)
• Supplementary material: PDF preferred

• Abstract and keywords
• Introduction
• Methods / Materials
• Results
• Discussion

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. The average time to first decision is 4–6 weeks.

Steps After Submission

• Editorial office checks completeness (1–3 days)
• Editor-in-Chief assesses scope and quality
• Manuscripts assigned to 2–3 expert reviewers
• Decision communicated: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject
• Revised manuscripts re-reviewed as needed
• Accepted articles proceed to copyediting and production

Publication Fees

Keith Publications charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance to cover editorial, production, and archiving costs. Submission itself is free.

• Waivers available for authors from low-income countries
