This paper investigates the impact of the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and related policies on the American Muslim and Arab communities. It highlights the consequences of these policies, including the arrest and deportation of thousands of individuals without proper due process. The research sheds light on the measures taken by the U.S. government post-9/11 and their implications for the affected communities.
