Aims & Scope

Applied research across engineering, technology, and the sciences that solve practical problems.

The Applied Sciences, Engineering, and Technology Journal publishes research that applies scientific and engineering principles to real-world problems. Our scope covers mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, computer science and computing, applied physics and materials, and the technologies emerging from their intersection.

We welcome original studies, design and development work, and technical reviews that combine sound analysis with practical validation. Topics include systems and control, energy and environmental engineering, manufacturing and industrial processes, computing and information technology, and innovations that improve performance, efficiency, or reliability. Interdisciplinary contributions linking several applied fields are encouraged.

Manuscripts are evaluated for technical rigour, reproducibility, and the significance of their practical contribution. Authors are expected to document methods clearly and to benchmark results against meaningful standards. Through open access the journal aims to disseminate dependable applied knowledge to engineers, scientists, and technologists, supporting innovation in industry, infrastructure, and the wider economy across diverse regions and sectors.
